First Meeting.
A Tanglewood Home Care manager will meet with you and your loved one to address any questions or concerns you may have about home care.
2. Plan of Care.
With your help, we will assess the needs of your loved one and create a customized plan of care which meets your approval.
3. The Right Caregivers at The Right Company.
All Tanglewood caregivers are extensively trained and thoroughly capable of providing any care required. After a careful evaluation, the right caregiver will be selected to match the personality and interests of your loved one.
Caregiver supervision and oversight is provided by a Tanglewood Home Care manager who will remain in continuous contact with you to ensure the best quality care is provided.
